Christ-Centered Ministries is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the prevention of homelessness, while restoring hope and promoting recovery to some of our most vulnerable neighbors.

We envision a world in which every person has the resources that they need to thrive as contributing citizens through interim housing and support programs to help individuals in recovery.

We assist men and women by providing a comprehensive array of support and discovery of appropriate services in order to stabilize needs, secure income, enroll in social services and obtain permanent housing.

Our Restoration Reentry Residence program provides transitional Community Based Recovery housing for victims of former incarceration, substance use disorder, mental illness, sex trafficking and homelessness with an array of services to guide them on their road to recovery.

Our Reentry Intensive Case Management Services program assists individuals with mild to moderate mental health and substance use disorders who have been arrested for, charged with and/or convicted of crimes and connect them with crucial service providers.

We partner with Restoration Family Worship Center to provide services to the local community, such as food distribution through our Food Pantry and other community-based service programs.

Our Restoration Reentry Residence provides temporary transitional housing for victims of former incarceration, substance use disorder, mental illness, sex trafficking and homelessness. We provide enriched treatment in a structured residential environment with intensive mental health support services to transition individuals into a stable community placement and prepares them for more independent community living.

We offer emergency housing, transitional housing, referrals to long term housing, outreach programs, food services and community living support. By providing services to those who are not considered ‘housing ready’ by other organizations (active substance use and no psychiatric treatment links or medication use), we’ve been successful in breaking the cycles of chronic homelessness, instability and substance use for our clients by providing assertive interventions within a high tolerance environment.

All of our clients are referred to our program through The Office of Diversion and Reentry.

Our Reentry Intensive Case Management Services (RICMS) program seeks to improve the health and well-being of individuals with mild to moderate mental health and substance use disorders who have been arrested for, charged with and/or convicted of crimes by determining their needs and making connections to relevant organizations and services including: stabilizing needs, enrollment in social services, physical and mental health, housing support, employment and education, cognitive behavioral interventions, arts and entrepreneurship programming, and substance use disorder treatment.

We provide targeted services to the under-served population in Los Angeles County. Through strategic planning, we’re able to bring together health and social service providers to establish a client and community-centered care system, which seamlessly integrates and coordinates care to the indigent population. We’re passionate about providing holistic recovery to those who are reintegrating into the community from the Los Angeles County Jail or California State Prison systems.

Our RICMS program identifies the immediate needs of homeless people and considerably partakes in seeking to answer the question, “What happens when individuals leave recovery treatment centers?”

CCM is fully dedicated to bridging the gap between initial recovery and full restoration!

Our Food Pantry is one of the longest-standing, high volume food pantries in the South Bay Area. Open every third Saturday of the month, the Food Pantry provides emergency nourishment to thousands of children and adults in need. They’re provided with a well-balanced mix of groceries which is expected to feed their entire household for up to two weeks.

Volunteers from the local community, Restoration Family Worship Center, and Christ-Centered Ministries staff the pantry, purchase food, transport the food and keep the facility stocked and clean.

We partner with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and other food rescue organizations throughout Los Angeles County, to ensure that community members continue to receive the support that they need.

This service is available to anyone in need.
