The funding provided by METRO through DHS is key to us achieving our goals.
Cleaning Up Transit System
Having clean and safe lines of transporting will lead to more people using the transit system.
Multidisciplinary Teams
This approach allows us to have input from multiple disciplines including those with lived-experience.
Establishing Partnerships
Public – Private partnerships are critical to the success of our project.
Data Tracking
Having reliable data allows us to set strategic goals as we seek to improve the project.

Our IMPACT Teams engage, enroll, and refer people experiencing homelessness to an array of services including healthcare and behavioral healthcare services, treatment program and sober living referrals, crisis housing and permanent housing referrals and linkages. We provide basic needs items such as hygiene kits, clothing, Narcan, hot meals, and transportation.

CCM is backed by city and county authorities who recognize the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing challenges related to stability, resources, housing, and community accountability.
