What We Do

CCM is dedicated to the prevention of homelessness, while restoring hope and promoting recovery to some of our most vulnerable neighbors.
We are working to build a future in which every person has the resources that they need to thrive as contributing citizens through interim housing and support programs to help individuals in recovery.
We assist men and women by providing a comprehensive array of support and discovery of appropriate services in order to stabilize needs, secure income, enroll in social services and obtain permanent housing.
Our programs provide transitional Community Based Recovery housing for victims of former incarceration, substance use disorder, mental illness, sex trafficking and homelessness with an array of services to guide them on their road to recovery. We assist individuals with mild to moderate mental health and substance use disorders who have been arrested for, charged with and/or convicted of crimes and connect them with crucial service providers.
